Should I Take a ₦200k Full-Time Teaching Job With Accommodation or Keep My Part-Time Roles?

I currently teach part-time in two schools and also offer tutorials and private lessons. Altogether, I earn about ₦250,000 to ₦300,000 monthly. I have now been offered a full-time teaching role that pays ₦200,000 monthly and includes accommodation. The main advantage is that the salary will be paid at once, unlike my current income, which comes in bits and is sometimes delayed. Should I accept the full-time offer for the stability and accommodation, or keep my current roles for the higher income? I would appreciate honest advice.
