Ogun Man Arrested Over Neighbour’s Death After Dispute Involving Child

Police in Ogun State have arrested a 43-year-old man over the alleged killing of his neighbour, Michael Eje, 38, in Mowe. The incident reportedly began after Eje hugged and played with the suspect’s three-year-old child. The suspect allegedly accused him of playing too roughly, attacked him with a bamboo stick and fled with his family after Eje collapsed. Police said the suspect has been transferred to the State Criminal Investigation Department in Eleweran, Abeokuta, while investigations continue.
