The Rotary Club of Revolution Lagos marked the start of its 2026/2027 year with a colourful handover ceremony in Ikeja GRA. Outgoing President Prince Henry Obienu passed the Presidential Collaret to Rtn. Bonaventure Igboanugo under this year’s theme, “Create Lasting Impact.” Club officers, past presidents, district leaders and partners gathered to honour outstanding members, present awards of appreciation, and celebrate the peaceful transition of leadership. Highlights included reports on youth leadership awards, district conferences and community service initiatives from the past year. In his acceptance speech, President Igboanugo outlined an ambitious plan to strengthen membership, deepen strategic partnerships, and expand sustainable service projects across communities. He pledged to build on Rotary’s core values—service, fellowship and integrity—to deliver measurable impact in District 9112 and beyond.
