South Africa defender Karabo Dhlamini says Banyana Banyana must put their Women’s Africa Cup of Nations disappointment behind them and defeat Nigeria’s Super Falcons in Thursday’s World Cup qualifying play-in. The winner in Casablanca will advance to the inter-confederation play-offs for another chance to qualify for the 2027 FIFA Women’s World Cup. South Africa missed automatic qualification after losing 2-1 to hosts Morocco in the WAFCON quarter-finals. Dhlamini said her side remains focused on scoring goals, winning the match and keeping their World Cup hopes alive. The game will kick off at 9pm Nigerian time at the Moulay Rachid Stadium.
