Nigerian-American family medicine physician Dr Austin Orette is expected to address journalists in Lagos on governance, public values and policy reform in Nigeria. He will speak on the economy, democracy, healthcare infrastructure, justice, land rights, constitutional reform and fiscal federalism. Discussions are also expected to cover insecurity, civic responsibility and decentralisation of power.
