RMD, 65, Says He Feels Like He Is Living on “Extra Time”
Nollywood actor Richard Mofe-Damijo, popularly known as RMD, says turning 65 feels like living on “extra time” because neither of his parents lived to be 60. Speaking on The Morayo Show, he said he is grateful to be alive and credits regular exercise and healthy eating for helping him stay fit. He added that he refuses to let age dictate how he dresses or lives. RMD said he keeps his fashion classy despite occasional teasing from his eldest child, who is 43. According to him, staying youthful means refusing to “let the old person in.”
