A Christian View: Why the Gospel Remains the Only Path to Salvation

I believe the Bible teaches that the Gospel of Jesus Christ is the message meant to be preached to all nations until the end of the world. In Galatians, believers are warned against accepting a different gospel, even if it is presented by an angel. I therefore see later teachings that differ from the Gospel as inconsistent with the Christian faith. Scriptures including 1 Corinthians 3:11 and Acts 4:12 affirm my belief that Jesus Christ is the only foundation and the only name through whom salvation is found. These passages were written long before Muhammad's birth, which I understand as a warning Christians should take seriously. This is a Christian interpretation of Scripture. I invite respectful discussion from people of all faiths.
