Union Bank Graduate Trainee Programme 2026: Requirements and How to Apply

Union Bank is recruiting graduates for its 2026 Graduate Trainee Programme. The programme is designed to equip high-performing young professionals with banking knowledge, practical experience and leadership skills. Successful trainees will receive technical and soft-skills training, alongside vital on-the-job experience in a professional banking environment. Applicants must hold at least a Second Class Lower bachelor’s degree or Lower Credit HND. They must also have five O’Level credits, including English Language and Mathematics, in no more than two sittings, and must have completed NYSC.
