YouTuber Jailed for Life After Faking Live Stream to Cover Up Murder of Pregnant Girlfriend

A 36-year-old YouTuber has been sentenced to life in prison with a minimum of 31 years for the brutal murder of his 32-year-old girlfriend, who was 15 weeks pregnant. During the December 2022 attack, he stabbed, strangled and bludgeoned her at her home in Northern Ireland. To mislead investigators, he replayed a prerecorded gaming livestream from his channel, claiming he was miles away at home that night. Prosecutors described the plot as an elaborate charade involving disguises, gloves and even spying on the victim’s family at her wake. The judge condemned the calculated violence and intent to kill both the woman and her unborn child. Outside court, the victim’s father spoke of the family’s ongoing grief and urged that the verdict serve as a warning against domestic violence.
