Lagos Business Growth Executive Role With Path to COO at Slash Africa

Slash Africa is hiring a Business Growth Executive for its Lagos office, with a potential promotion to Chief Operating Officer after three months of strong performance. The role focuses on helping African businesses source products from China, pay suppliers and ship goods efficiently. The successful candidate will work directly with the founder, drive customer acquisition and help build a growth team. Applicants should have at least three years of experience in business growth, customer acquisition or business development. Experience with SMEs, trade, fintech, logistics, e-commerce or distribution is an advantage. The on-site role runs Monday to Saturday. Pay begins at ₦200,000 monthly, rising to ₦500,000–₦1,000,000 monthly with equity options and performance bonuses upon promotion.
