Yetunde Barnabas Accuses Film Critic of Targeted Bullying and Harmful Reviews
Actress and filmmaker Yetunde Barnabas has accused film critic Ajefunke Kofoshi of repeatedly attacking her work and damaging her reputation through negative posts. Barnabas said she had remained silent for a long time but would no longer ignore what she described as deliberate efforts to discredit her career. She asked the critic to take down the posts and alleged that a group may be coordinating online attacks against her projects. She said her film, “Ojise,” was produced with a ₦30 million budget and vowed to protect her name, work and career. Barnabas added that she may involve the authorities over the alleged harassment.
