University Founder Alleges Threats and Dispute With Former Vice-Chancellor

The founder of the First African Distance Learning University has alleged a dispute with Professor Chinweuba Arinze Jude, who was appointed Vice-Chancellor about two years ago. According to the founder, the professor offered ₦700,000 to secure a liaison office and was to recover the money from student tuition fees. The founder also alleges that they later agreed to a 20 percent share of tuition fees. The founder claims the professor subsequently made threats and attempted to take control of the university. These allegations have not been independently verified, and no response from the professor was included.
