TQ Farms Nigeria Limited is hiring a full-time Director of Operations for its on-site operations in Ilupa, Ijebu North, Ogun State. The role offers a monthly salary of ₦600,000 to ₦800,000, paid annual leave and career-growth opportunities. The successful candidate will lead sales strategy, market expansion and key operational units, including feed mill operations. Responsibilities include managing distribution networks and offtake agreements, preparing budgets and sales forecasts, setting prices with management, overseeing credit recovery, and leading the sales, marketing and business administration teams. Applicants should have 7 to 10 years of senior experience in FMCG or agro-allied sales, marketing and operations. A degree in a relevant field is required, while an MBA or master's degree is an advantage. Proven experience with feed, poultry, cassava products and palm oil is essential.
