Tensions Flare as Mama Pee, Obi Flag Boy and Ratel Follower Clash Outside Abuja Court
Outside the Federal High Court in Abuja, supporters of activist Omoyele Sowore and campaign aides for Peter Obi nearly came to blows after today’s hearing with the DSS. Video footage shows a member of the Very Dark Man’s Ratel group, Obi Flag Boy and Peter Obi’s aide, popularly known as Mama Pee, being restrained by bystanders. All parties exchanged heated words before order was restored. Mama Pee is a senior aide to Peter Obi and often films his engagements. She previously confronted a Ratel member in May and was detained at Benin Airport last year after challenging Julius Abure.
