Lagos Vows Crackdown on Car Spotters Harassing Motorists on Lekki-Epe Expressway

The Lagos State Government says it will intensify enforcement against car spotters who allegedly harass motorists and stop luxury vehicles along the Lekki-Epe Expressway.
