Arsenal were knocked out of the Carabao Cup after fourth-tier Fleetwood Town held them to a 1-1 draw and won 5-3 on penalties on Tuesday. Viktor Gyokeres scored his first goal of the season to bring Arsenal level in the second half. The match went straight to penalties after normal time. Bruno Guimaraes had Arsenal’s penalty saved by Fleetwood goalkeeper Jay Lynch before Conor Haughey converted the decisive spot-kick.
