Everton have reportedly agreed a deal with Monaco to sign United States striker Folarin Balogun. The package is worth €45 million upfront, with up to €5 million in add-ons and a sell-on clause. Balogun, who came through Arsenal’s academy, would return to the Premier League after his spell in France. Personal terms are still to be agreed before the transfer can be completed. Everton are seeking attacking reinforcements following Beto’s move to Fiorentina. Balogun is expected to provide another goal-scoring option for the club next season.
