HR and Business Development Manager Needed at Venmac Resources, Abuja

Venmac Resources Limited is hiring a full-time, onsite HR and Business Development Manager in Abuja. Applicants should have a BA, BSc or HND, with an MBA, MSc or MA preferred, and 5–10 years of relevant experience. The monthly salary is ₦150,000–₦200,000. The role covers HR management for hotels and corporate operations. Duties include recruitment, onboarding, staff records, performance management, employee relations, disciplinary processes and HR reporting. The successful candidate will also deliver hospitality training, support hotel opening projects and audits, and drive business development. This includes preparing proposals, securing clients and partnerships, and promoting hotel management, consultancy, training, marketing and software services.
