Victor Olatunji Joins SK Beveren on Season-Long Loan
Nigerian striker Victor Olatunji has joined Belgian club SK Beveren on a season-long loan from Major League Soccer side Real Salt Lake. The 27-year-old arrives with experience from spells in Slovakia, Austria and Cyprus. He has scored 47 goals in 220 career appearances. Beveren sporting director Bob Peeters said Olatunji’s pace, physical presence and pressing ability will add strength to the club’s attack. The 1.93m forward is expected to provide a threat behind opposition defences and inside the box.
