UK Imposes Airspace and Security Curbs for President Tinubu’s Windsor Visit

When you're big, you're big. 🇳🇬 King Charles will welcome Nigerian President Bola Tinubu and First Lady Oluremi Tinubu at Windsor Castle on 18 and 19 March 2026. This state visit will see extended airspace restrictions and a major policing operation in Windsor. Thames Valley Police will enforce an airspace exclusion zone from 07:00 to 23:59 GMT on 18 March. Search teams, armed units, mounted officers, and Project Servator patrols will be deployed. Road closures, parking bans, and temporary footway suspensions will also be in effect.
