Mr P Alleges $1.2m Royalty Payments Were Redirected in P-Square Dispute
Singer Peter Okoye, known as Mr P, has released the third part of his tell-all series on the long-running dispute involving his twin brother, Paul Okoye, and their former manager, Jude Okoye. Mr P alleged that he discovered he was no longer a signatory to Northside Entertainment’s bank account while seeking the company’s statement. He said further checks raised questions about royalty payments and how funds from music aggregators were shared. He also alleged that, after P-Square split in 2017, royalties due to Northside Entertainment were redirected to Northside Music. According to him, documents showed that more than $1.2 million was paid into the latter account between 2017 and 2023 without his consent. He said he is speaking publicly to present his side after years of silence.
