Tinubu: Nigeria Will Never Bow to Terrorists After General Abubakar’s Death

President Bola Tinubu has condemned the killing of retired Major-General Rabe Abubakar by terrorists in Katsina State. The presidency expressed deep shock over his death while held in captivity. Tinubu extended his condolences to Abubakar’s family, particularly his wife who remains detained by the captors. The President warned that his administration will not yield to terrorist demands for the release of their members. He urged militants to surrender or face the full force of the Nigerian state, stressing that no mercy will be shown to those who trade in the blood of Nigerians.
