15-Year-Old West London Girl Banned From All Shops in England and Wales
A West London teenager has become the youngest person ever barred from entering any private retail or commercial premises across England and Wales. She was first issued a Criminal Behaviour Order in June after a string of incidents. Prosecutors say she breached it nine times and admitted two counts of common assault linked to a New Year’s Eve clash with two delivery drivers over a Big Mac order. At Ealing Magistrates’ Court, her defence pointed to ADHD as a factor in her behaviour. Magistrate Rex Da Rocha, however, warned the public needed protection and handed down an 18-month youth rehabilitation order with curfew, tagging requirements and a fine.
