NAFDAC, Public Complaints Commission Partner to Tackle Registration Scams
NAFDAC and the Public Complaints Commission have agreed to strengthen cooperation to protect Nigerians from business-registration scams, regulatory abuse and other fraudulent practices. At a meeting in Abuja, both agencies discussed improved coordination, due process, digital identification and informant channels that could help expose wrongdoing. NAFDAC regulates food, medicines and related products, while the Public Complaints Commission handles complaints about administrative injustice. The agencies said the partnership should help citizens receive faster protection and resolution of complaints.
