UNIJOS Medical Class of 2001 Donates Teaching Equipment at 25-Year Reunion
The University of Jos medical class of 2001 returned to the institution for its 25-year reunion and donated teaching equipment to the College of Health Sciences. The items included loudspeakers, projectors, display boards and other materials intended to support classroom learning. Class chairman Prof. Salaam Abdul said the donation was the graduates’ way of giving back to the university that trained them. He added that the reunion would also allow classmates to reconnect through activities including a picnic, aerobics, dinner and cocktail event. University representatives commended the alumni for sustaining their connection with UNIJOS and encouraged them to continue supporting the institution and one another.
