Chelle Demands Intensity as Super Eagles Open 2027 AFCON Qualifiers Against Madagascar

Super Eagles coach Eric Chelle has called on his players to show aggression and intensity when they face Madagascar in their opening 2027 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying match in Uyo on Friday. Chelle said the team must manage the pressure, play with ambition and make a strong statement at home. He added that the players are in the right frame of mind after their final training session. Nigeria are unbeaten against Madagascar in four previous AFCON qualifying meetings, with three wins and one draw.
