Trust in God’s Provision – Matthew 6:25-34

This passage reminds us not to worry about our basic needs. Jesus points out how God cares for the birds and flowers without their labouring or storing supplies. If He looks after them, He will surely look after us. We are encouraged to seek God’s kingdom and righteousness first. Our everyday needs for food, drink and clothing will then be provided. Worrying cannot add a single hour to our lives, so we can live each day in faith rather than fear. Trust that tomorrow will take care of itself, and embrace the peace that comes from knowing your heavenly Father values you deeply.
