Reconnect-HDI Seeks National Coordinator in Abuja, Pays ₦900,000–₦1 Million Monthly
Reconnect Health Development Initiative is hiring a full-time National Coordinator in Abuja. The role leads fundraising, programme development, partnerships, project delivery and day-to-day team coordination for mental health and psychosocial-support programmes. Applicants should have at least 5–7 years of relevant NGO, health, humanitarian or development experience. Strong proposal writing, grant mobilisation, donor management, budgeting, programme implementation and team-leadership skills are required. Candidates should submit a current CV, a cover letter, examples of two programmes they helped develop and implement, and details of fundraising or grants they helped secure. Shortlisted applicants may complete a practical proposal-writing exercise. The monthly salary is ₦900,000 to ₦1,000,000. The position is based in Abuja and requires in-person work.
