Adeleke Tears Up During Davido’s Call After Osun Election Victory

Osun State Governor Ademola Adeleke became emotional during a congratulatory call from his nephew, Afrobeats star Davido, after his election victory on Sunday. Adeleke was declared winner after polling 511,067 votes across the state, defeating APC candidate Bola Oyebamiji. Davido had actively supported his uncle during the campaign and expressed confidence in his re-election. In a video circulating online, the governor asked Davido to come and hug him as his son, B-Red, comforted him.
