Troops Rescue Three Kidnap Victims During Raid on Bandit Hideouts in Kebbi

Troops of Sector 2, Operation FANSAN YAMMA, have rescued three people who were kidnapped in Sakaba Local Government Area of Kebbi State. The operation took place on October 24. Two victims were rescued in Makuku village, while another was rescued in Dankolo village. The victims were identified as A’isha Aminu, 46; Sumayya Aminu, 27; and Nana Abbas, 15. They were handed over to the district head of Dirindaji through the Sakaba Local Government chairman. Military authorities said the operation ended without incident and that troops remain deployed to protect residents and property.
