Cordros Academy Opens Graduate Trainee Programme for Sales Professionals

Cordros Academy is inviting eligible graduates to apply for its Graduate Trainee Programme for aspiring sales professionals. The programme combines classroom learning, coaching and supervised field experience across prospecting, customer engagement, market development, territory management and sales execution. Trainees will work with experienced sales professionals, join customer visits and sales calls, support lead generation, manage sales pipelines and develop practical skills in negotiation, reporting and relationship management. Participants will also receive feedback through coaching sessions, assessments and milestone reviews. Applicants must hold at least a Second-Class Lower degree from a recognised Nigerian or foreign university, have completed or been exempted from NYSC, and possess one to two years of sales experience. Strong communication, presentation, business-development, CRM and customer-management skills are required.
