Ajudua Brothers Inducted Into NCCU Athletics Hall of Fame
Dr. Freddie Chukwuyem Henry-Ajudua and Dr. Emmanuel Ogomegbunem Henry-Ajudua have been inducted into the North Carolina Central University Athletics Hall of Fame in the United States. The brothers were recognised for their contributions to the NCCU Eagles football programme. Freddie played as a defensive lineman, earning All-MEAC First Team and Black College All-American honours. He later attended the Jacksonville Jaguars rookie minicamp before switching to rugby, becoming a US national champion and representing Nigeria's Black Stallions. Emmanuel was also part of the NCCU football programme before pursuing a career as a foot and ankle surgeon. Their induction recognises their place in the university's athletics history.
