Paris Saint-Germain coach Luis Enrique says the club will target a third consecutive UEFA Champions League title after beginning the new season with another trophy. PSG beat Aston Villa 2-1 to retain the UEFA Super Cup, having won the same competition against Tottenham on penalties in 2025. Enrique praised his players’ mentality despite admitting the squad is not yet at peak fitness. The Spaniard said his team must remain ambitious, professional and focused as they pursue more trophies this season. He added that winning repeatedly is difficult, but PSG have the mentality to keep competing for everything.
