Lagos Warns of Wednesday Traffic Gridlock Around Pen Cinema, Agege

The Lagos State Government has advised motorists and commuters to expect traffic congestion around the Pen Cinema–Agege axis on Wednesday. The disruption is linked to the commissioning of the Fresh Food Hub at Pen Cinema by Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu. The event is scheduled to hold from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and is expected to attract heavy vehicular and pedestrian traffic. Motorists using the corridor are urged to plan ahead and use alternative routes where possible. LASTMA officers will be deployed to manage traffic and assist road users during the event.
