Moses Theophilus Kenibara VII, the Amadabo of Moko-Ama in the Akassa Kingdom of Brass LGA, Bayelsa State, has reportedly died at the age of 64 following complications from liposuction surgery. The traditional ruler was crowned in 2016 and later served as chairman of the Akassa Clan Council of Chiefs and the Central Zone of the Ijaw National Congress. Tributes describe him as a peacemaker who promoted unity, development and the welfare of communities in the Niger Delta. His death is being mourned as a major loss to the Moko-Ama community.
