Seeking Advice: How to Recover ₦5.14M Owed by Kyvatron Limited

Hello everyone, I invested ₦1,000,000 with Kyvatron Limited on September 20, 2024, under a promised 23% monthly return. Since then, I have not received my capital or any returns. Kyvatron later issued a signed statement pledging repayment by October 31, 2025. That deadline has passed, and I am now owed a total of ₦5,140,000 (principal plus accumulated ROI). I have proof of payment, the investment agreement, communication history, and the company’s official statement. I also found another complaint online with a similar issue. This makes me wonder about investor protections in Nigeria and the role of regulators in overseeing companies that collect public funds. What steps can I take to recover these funds? Which authorities should I approach? Has anyone experienced something similar? Thank you for any advice or shared experiences.
