Should I Move to Oman to Find an HSE Job?

I am an HSE manager in Lagos with 10 years of experience across construction, oil and gas, and production industries. I hold HSE Levels 1–3, NEBOSH IGC and a master’s degree in Environmental Management. I am also training to become an ISO 45001 Lead Auditor. A friend who moved to Oman three months ago says infrastructure and oil-and-gas projects are creating strong opportunities for HSE professionals. He believes I could secure a well-paying job within two weeks, even if I travel without an offer. Please, does anyone have reliable information about HSE job prospects in Oman? Is it wise to relocate first and search for work after arriving, or should I secure an offer before travelling?
