Character, Purpose and the Process We Must Not Escape

When food is being prepared in public, anything that jumps out of the pot may end up burnt or trampled underfoot. In the same way, escaping a necessary process can have consequences. Jesus described believers as the salt of the earth. When salt loses its purpose, it becomes useless and is thrown out to be trampled on. Character helps us remain useful and fulfil our purpose. May God grant us mercy, restoration and another chance where we have fallen short.
