Zacuten Alleges $4.2m Outstanding Balance in Dispute With Plaude Technologies
Zacuten Technologies has alleged that Plaude Technologies Limited and related entities failed to complete a cross-border transaction valued at about $13.07 million. The company said about $8.95 million was transferred, leaving an unpaid balance of roughly $4.1 million to $4.2 million. It said the matter has remained unresolved since March 2026 despite requests for payment records and a settlement timetable. Plaude reportedly linked the delay to enhanced due diligence, banking restrictions, payment-corridor challenges and other operational issues. Zacuten rejected those explanations and maintained that the outstanding amount remains payable. The dispute comes amid reported scrutiny involving other high-value commercial claims and a Police Special Fraud Unit investigation valued at ₦8.59 billion.
