Reports Claim Messi Has Bought CD Eldense, but Ownership Details Need Verification
Reports have claimed that Lionel Messi has become the owner of Spanish second-division club CD Eldense, creating a possible new off-pitch rivalry with Cristiano Ronaldo. However, the ownership claims require independent verification. Publicly known information does not clearly support reports that Messi bought Eldense or that Ronaldo holds a controlling stake in Almería. Messi has been linked with future ownership interests in Inter Miami after his playing career. Any confirmed investment in Spanish football would mark a significant expansion of his business interests.
