UNIZIK Ifite-Ogwari Gets Six Shuttle Buses and 208-Room Hostel From Synco Brothers
Nnamdi Azikiwe University’s Ifite-Ogwari Campus has received six shuttle buses, a 208-room student hostel and a renovated administrative block through donations by philanthropists Nweke and Udedibia, known as the Synco Brothers. The buses were unveiled on November 2, 2026, to help ease transportation challenges for students. The hostel is expected to expand accommodation on the campus, while a memorandum of understanding has been signed for its management. The donors also repaired cracked walls and roof sections of an administrative building. They said they are willing to support more development projects at the campus if its growth receives greater priority.
