OPay Recruits Events Manager, PR Strategist and Field Collection Agents Nationwide

OPay Microfinance Bank is recruiting for three full-time roles in Lagos and across Nigeria: Events Manager, Public Relations Strategist and Field Collection Agent. The Events Manager and PR Strategist roles are based in Lagos. Applicants for the Events Manager role need 4–6 years of marketing experience, while the PR Strategist role requires 3–5 years of PR or communications experience. Both positions involve supporting the company’s brand, communications and business objectives. Field Collection Agents will work nationwide, managing overdue loan accounts, visiting customers, negotiating repayment plans and keeping accurate recovery records. Applicants should have an OND, HND or bachelor’s degree, plus relevant experience in recovery, loan marketing or customer service. Closing dates differ by role: PR Strategist closes October 7, 2026; Events Manager closes October 29, 2026; and Field Collection Agent closes December 31, 2026.
