Open Heavens Devotional: Will You Be Ready for Christ’s Return?

This devotional reflects on Matthew 24:36–51 and the call for believers to remain watchful because no one knows the day or hour of Christ’s return. Using the example of faithful and unfaithful servants, it urges Christians to live obediently, serve faithfully and avoid treating God’s patience as an excuse for careless living. A personal reflection on fearing one had been left behind at the rapture reinforces the message of daily readiness. The reading encourages believers to examine their lives, pray for mercy and remain spiritually prepared. Bible reading for the day is Matthew 12–13.
