Come and Receive What Truly Satisfies
Isaiah 55:1–2 invites everyone who thirsts to come freely and receive what is good. The passage asks why we spend our money and energy on things that cannot truly satisfy. It is possible to stay busy, productive and even successful while remaining spiritually hungry. God’s invitation is to stop pursuing empty substitutes and seek the nourishment only He provides. Prayer: Lord, reveal where I have been labouring for things that do not satisfy. Help me to receive the living water, bread and fullness You freely give. Amen.
