FAMAD Nigeria Seeks HR and Administration Manager in Lagos

FAMAD Nigeria PLC, a footwear manufacturer, is hiring a full-time Human Resources and Administration Manager in Lagos. The role reports to the Chief Executive Officer and supports employees across the factory and office. The successful candidate will oversee recruitment, staff records, attendance, employee relations, performance reviews, HR policies, payroll inputs, workplace administration and facilities. Experience managing HR matters in a factory, manufacturing firm or other large operational workforce is strongly preferred. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree or HND in a relevant field, at least five years of HR experience and strong communication, record-keeping and problem-solving skills.
