Flutterwave is expanding its Global Operations team in Lekki, Lagos. We need a skilled Senior Associate or Manager to build and oversee our liquidity management systems and risk processes. You will monitor cash flows across products, quantify liquidity risks, manage fund movements, and create dashboards for daily and long-term reporting. You’ll draft treasury procedures, train operations teams, and prepare performance and risk reports for senior leadership. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree plus 5–9 years in treasury, liquidity or financial operations. You must be analytical, detail-oriented, adept at client engagement, and comfortable driving cross-functional projects.
