Lagos Governor’s Aide Fires Back at Solomon Buchi Over Criticism of Lagos

Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu’s media aide, Gboyega Akosile, has criticised social commentator Solomon Buchi over his remarks about Lagos. Buchi advised foreign visitors not to make Lagos their only destination if they want to experience Nigeria fully. He said cities such as Ibadan, Uyo and Abuja offer stronger reflections of the country’s heritage. He also described Lagos as a place dominated by begging, clubbing, fake lifestyles and moral excesses. Akosile responded sharply, questioning the basis for Buchi’s video comments.
