A personal driver shared that getting hired was straightforward, but the job became more demanding after he resumed. Because he dealt directly with the employer, every schedule change, vehicle issue, request for leave and misunderstanding had to be handled personally. He also found that driving duties could gradually expand into errands, longer waiting hours and last-minute requests.
