NNPC Deploys Over 1,000 Young Professionals After One-Year Internship

NNPC Ltd has deployed more than 1,000 young professionals into various roles after they completed a one-year internship, training and performance assessment programme. At the deployment ceremony, Group Chief Executive Officer Bashir Bayo Ojulari said the recruitment process was based on merit, competence and equal opportunity. He said the participants secured permanent deployment through their dedication and performance during the internship. Ojulari urged the new employees to bring fresh ideas, challenge outdated practices and grow into future leaders who will create opportunities for others.
