Kano Pillars Seek First Point at 3SC Since 2017 in Rescheduled NPFL Clash

Kano Pillars visit Shooting Stars at the Lekan Salami Stadium on Wednesday for a rescheduled NPFL Matchday 3 fixture. The visitors are seeking their first point in Ibadan since a goalless draw on June 7, 2017. Pillars have lost their last four away matches against 3SC, conceding six goals and scoring once. However, they arrive unbeaten in six league games, with two wins and four draws, and sit seventh on 10 points. Shooting Stars have won two and drawn one of their three home matches this season, although they are 17th on seven points. A positive result for Pillars could move them into the top five and strengthen their poor recent away record.
